What you see on the table starts long before it’s assembled. The real work begins with how we source and select our ingredients. We carefully select every cheese, every charcuterie, and every seasonal element that goes into our boards. We work closely with our producers and value quality at every step — from how something is made to how it’s served.

All specialty boards require a 48-hour notice. For a shorter turnaround time we offer our fully custom samplers of any size (a minimum of two hr is required for same-day samplers).
